My reply was a bit late but might be useful to someone - lol

I can only get http://www.rarewitchproject.com and GoldeneyeVault to load occasionally. I'm thinking dns prob, but haven't really checke ...

find and download msvcp70.dll Put in Windows (7) system32 folder.

I don't know which distributable it normally comes with, but Mupen 64++ works fine in my Win7RC x64 after adding it.
