Rename that file to ar3.enc to use it with the official Datel utilities.

ESA was complaining about my mediafire account. Luckily it wasn't outright delet ...

I was looking for an easy way to update my AR to the latest version and codes list.
So I downloaded N64 V3 Utilities from this page: http://doc.kodewerx.org/tools.html#gs_pro_utils

Reflashed my AR ...
