Yeah, they're the same. There are several other models that are identical between the games, and others that had minor edits done to them.
Yeah, it was a nice touch.

The soundtrack is excellent. One of the best I’ve heard in a game. Beautifully melancholy with a hint of the GoldenEye sound. If I had to pick one track, it would have to be Chicago Stealth.
