Well, while entering in some codes for GE, my friend came over. We started playing GE, when he asked to play Perfect Dark. I said ok, and we sat down to play. He picked the alien's body with the chinese man's head. It looked kinda spooky. I picked... who else? Connery's Tux, with Trent Easton's head. Heck, he looks like Brosnan. The person closest to looking like a Bond in the entire game. There is one that looks like Moore, however...

Anyways after he left, I thought about adding gameshark codes for fun. I went to the menu of the 3.3 Gameshark, and added the game on the game list, while I was entering in a small code for GE. I added it, then turned it off. I put PD on the gameshark, and waited 3 seconds. I turned the power button. Nothing. Again. Nothing, again.

I tried cleaning PD, and my gameshark, but for some reason, it won't boot up with PD in it. I thought it might be the gameshark, so I put GE on...

IT WORKED!

Is there something I NEED to do in order to use this on a gameshark? Do I enter a code? Where?

I was just wondering, since PD and GE our my 2 out of 3 games that I do own for the N64, I was wanting to add codes in for PD.

For Perfect Dark you need to use the Zelda keycode. So you put in GE or Mario, then in keycodes menu choose Zelda, and then hit OK. Then turn it off, put in PD and boot up. Warning, if you enter a keycoded game, you MUST put that game in next or your GameShark won't boot until it has. It's a one-time deal, after you play PD with the GameShark, next time you start with Mario and GE again.

So I would need to put in Zelda, or Goldeneye, or keep Perfect Dark in?

First Goldeneye, then do keycode for Zelda (which also works on Banjo Tooie and Perfect Dark), then turn off, and input perfect dark, and turn on.
