The new Dr. No patch is available at the vault. It adds a cheat into the in-game cheat menu that allows you to turn off all body armor pickups in the game. You can turn the cheat 'off' to reactivate them. Nifty, eh?
Codes are listed in the readme in case you prefer to use a gameshark. All regions are supported, and applying the patch won't break anything anyone has ever written. So, if you want to tack it onto a new-multi rom, go ahead.

Oh, incidentaly, if you want to make the cheat menu available without unlocking anything (a big, blank page in other words) use these codes:
