To do so the main rom table would need to be hacked, which means disassembling a lot of code to extend it and to offset everything else. As for the models themselves, that's probably fairly simple. Heck, GE ported objects would be smaller in comparison to PD, since these would utilize condensed point tables and shared RGB values.
When it comes to characters though there's a few internal structures that differ from GE, most of which don't make the foggiest bit of sense.
So, as Sub said, nope.
