Would it be possible to port the infamous cheese from Perfect Dark to GoldenEye? I would love to see that as an object! |

I'm pretty sure Area 51's doors are just two doors (I know Area 52's are). When I was working on my Area 52 setup, I replaced the doors with Caverns doors (which opened much faster than normal); they fit the frames perfectly. It could be a coincidence, but I wouldn't be surprised if they had planned on using similar doors in that stage originally. |

Kode-Z:
I could probably turn the cheese from PD into an object for use in GoldenEye without much fuss. It most likely contains a single texture, so you'd only have to add the one onto the end of the current image list. I'd also imagine that the cheese in every mission map was from the same original model, only rotated to better suit the modellers fancy. Are planning on making a patch to show off all the "cheesy" areas in GE?
Caverns / Area 51 Doors:
Dragonsbrethren is correct. The eye-lid door in Caverns is a single object, whereas the doors in Area 51 and 52 are two different objects interacting with eachother. If you ported those Area 51/52 doors, you'd need to place them into the Caverns doorways manually. It isn't a difficult task, but not the most exciting, either. _________________

The exception being Air Force One. I'm not sure if the dimensions are the same, but I know it's textured differently than all of the others, and I didn't even acknowledge it as the cheese when I first saw it. |
