I dont know if either its taking a LONG time or it crashes.
Anyways, I switch mode to PD, open Infiltration and it keeps Black. GE Vis window works fine.
I'll post screenshots if necessary.

Some stages take a really long time to load. I was checking out Villa last night, and I'd say it took a good minute for the visual editor to display anything. When it's loading for me, though, the window is white, with the right side and bottom black. |

Yeah, same here.
Infiltration I heard is one of the biggest. But i dont think 5+ minutes will take Infiltration that long _________________ Also known as Spyster or Nyxem

D'oh, Infiltration, I was thinking of Defection.
Yeah, none of the Area 51 setups will load in the visual editor, currently, because of their number of rooms:
SubDrag wrote: | Unfortunately the editor is using 1 byte to store rooms (and allocate storage), so since A51 is beyond 0xFF rooms it's anybodys guess what the buffer overruns will do in editor. It's going to be unsupported for the time being. |

PD level viewing also crashes for me, too. It's been a while since I last attempted to load anything up, but I'm thinking that I might be missing some important program files. GoldenEye maps all load up fine, it's just Perfect Dark that doesn't seem to respond. _________________

If you haven't done a full install in a while there were new files needed for PD. |

That's probably it, then. I haven't done a fresh install in quite sometime. If there are certain files I can just replace or add in, I'd rather do that. Would it be possible for you to zip up a folder with all the necessary files for PD level viewing (and even other vital program files) and put it up in your Hackers / Priv page? I'll have to try it out once I'm back at home. _________________

I would just install to a random area and copy over, I'm not 100% sure which are new. |

Okay, that's not a problem. I'll install the full program some other place and move the important contents into my regular Editor folders. Just need to make sure I don't accidentally overwrite my LevelMacros.ini file by mistake. _________________
