 |
|
I want to make a new set of images for the GoldenEditor / Perfect Editor combo pack. However, I need to know the display size of the main program window. I don't know if it works the same way it did originally, which caused it to be different sizes for different computers. The GE and PD images look to be windowed at about 461x320 on my PC. My running resolution is 1440x900, so I don't know if that plays into it or not.
If a few of you could let me know the approximated size (exact would be nicer, of course) of the displayed images, I can get to work on these. The PD one will likely remain the same, only resized appropriately.
Thanks,

GoldenEditor: 461x320
Perfect Editor: 461x285
(The PD editor has a large black bar at the top, which I didn't count, but now that I look at the actual image it is a part of it. The actual window is the same size as the GoldenEditor.) |

The black bars were from PD's cinema view, as that image was taken during the G5 Building outro. I never got rid of them before, since I thought it looked good as a whole image. In the Editor window, it didn't look quite right. I've since modified my own PD mainpicture images and it fits much better. Just working on new text for GE now. If the size of 461x320 can be confirmed by a few others, I'll be able to continue. Thanks, DB. _________________

1024x768 is your screen resolution, like mines is 1440x900. _________________ Also known as Spyster or Nyxem

The editor window can manually be downsized from a ini in the main folder. |

You can edit the visual window size in the geeditor.ini file:
visWindowWidth=1024
visWindowHeight=768
Wreck was just talking about the main window image size. |
