OK so it isn't new news now in 2010, 10 years on but you know where a lift was put in place on this level up on the t-shaped catwalk, taking you up to the highest level where body armour can be found?
Well who finds the other lift right next to it really annoying? What is the purpose of it?
It often gets in the way if I am attempting to strafe around into the lift that is in the actual corner, and I get caught on it and get my ass blown off.........
Don't get me started on how quickly the Sims can get up the lift either  |

I'm curious to know what Combat Simulator map you're talking about. You mention "The Complex", but there are no lifts in the Complex. Is this Pipes, or perhaps Base? I'm honestly not all that familiar with too many of PD's CS maps.
Yes, lift is another term for elevator. It seems to be used more often by the game creators, so perhaps it's an English thing. I kind of prefer it, myself.

I think this might be "lift" hes talking about and I'm currently in highest level where you can get Shield in weapon sets where its as 5th weapon and other lift might be other corner of that lift thing there

That is precisely where I am talking about.
Where the green cross is where the other sims and I use the lift / elevator but you can also get 'elevated' up the wall where the ammo box is. It kind of gets in the way when you approach it from up the ramp because as you try and turn into the lift, you begin elevating on the first one....... |
