The mines should appear exactly the same as they did in GoldenEye. I haven't made any changes to the model or the textures. It's a straight port between games.

How about porting MI6 from The World is Not Enough and making it 'Carrinton Institute'?
Then take the rest of GE and plonk it in PD. Ohhh, Ive thought about that for a long time *gargles like Homer and his dougnuts*

Would porting from TWINE be difficult? _________________ 304 HP |

| I don't know how much I'm allowed to say, but it's been looked into. Personally, I'd much rather see the Goldfinger project get out the door than anything related to that awful game. |

True. While the game and most of the maps were awful there is still one or two maps that I would like to use. _________________ 304 HP |

Fixed up an object that was failing on me a while ago, and decided to port something else. Check out the top of the first post for an update. _________________

At first the next object looked incredibly gi-normous, but it turns out that the Editor wasn't keeping the updated scale value. After fixing it manually, it turned out fine. You can really see a difference in quality with this one. Almost looks like pasted in 2D images, when compared to everything else in the shot. (check top of first page for image) _________________

Added a combo shot to the top of my first post...
The metal chair and wooden table from GE in Area 51.
Edit: Another update, this time with the gray swinger from Facility.
Edit II: Added a screenshot of the alarm in G5.
Edit III: Put up an image of the gas barrels, as well my progress log.
Edit IV: Up to 37 objects ported. _________________

Made a bunch of edits since last post. Newest image shows three of the glass doors ported over. I'm now up to 41 objects completed. _________________

Hey Wreck, the alarm gives me an idea, would you be up for a custom screened object? A certain stage could use an upgrade. |

Shoot me a PM with what you have in mind.
No real updates for today, but I did start documenting what GoldenEye props still exist in the PD ROM, as well as which textures are also leftover.
Edit: Ported the PlandmineZ and PdoorpanelZ objects. Up to 46. _________________

I believe so. |
