Took a look at the code and compared it to different savestates from PJ64. Seems like you can only have those four characters checked off. As soon as any one of them is selected, Velvet is no longer available. Why do the boys get to go out and have fun while she sits back at the Institute doing HoloTraining? Guess that's what happens to little sisters.

Edit: I did not reply to your Picture thing! :O Well, if you have vista, there is a snipping tool and you can cut out an image, if you are using another OS, just full screen your Emu, Print screen, open paint, Ctrl + V, and save your file, and dump it in photo bucket or an area of your choice
