Downloaded editor from goldeneyevault for the first time and got this error. Redownloaded and same error. I have newest Windows and no older computer. Advice?  |

And if you still have problems you can download any missing files by doing a google search and downloading the file then copying and pasting it into your editor folder.
I used to run the setup editor with only DirectX 8 installed but by copying the dx9 files into my program folder I got it to run fine. |
