Ok guys im going to take on aztec and port it over to PD.

I'm trying to recall which objects are used in Aztec...

Doors
Stone Sliding Door
Glass Sliding Door
Roller Door
Exhaust Bay Door (left)
Exhaust Bay Door (right)
Mainframe Secret Door

Props
Metal Table
Metal Crate (not sure which, or if multiple)
Television Monitor
Wall Monitor
Keyboard
Mainframe (one of the two)
Glass
Computer Terminal w/ Indicator Light
Computer Terminal w/ Screen
Computer Terminal (not sure which)
Floppy Disk Drive
Computer Hard Drive
DAT
Keycard
Folding Table
Folding Table Extension
Folding Chairs
Ceiling Mounted Drone Gun
Moonraker Shuttle
Hatch Bolts (used as invisible explosives for rocket boost)


Yikes, there's a good number of models there that I haven't done yet. I'm also not totally sure how the table and chairs inside the exhaust bay will work in Perfect Dark, if they originally used special animation types. I guess we'll have to play around with it and see how it goes.

My god! Shocked Wreck im cant beleve how much objects thar is for this level.

I think you name all of them all on the list but one wich is the lazer guns

I think the best one to start out with is the metal box.

And the other thing that sud be done after the box is to get the Wall Monitor done. I laft my a$$ off after i seen so much wall monitor in that one room with the glass doors lol Laughing .

These are the models that I currently have ported (though not necessarily in the current ROM build)...

Doors
Glass Sliding Door

The missing weapon would be the Moonraker Laser. The AR33 was already in PD, and so was the PP7. I should be able to port the Laser alright, but I'll have to look into it a little later on. Weapons are a pain to port, which is why so few have been done.

Good to have all of thus ported Wreck.

And more good news is that i got all the presets all set up in the Aztec so all i need to do now is turn thus presets into objects and then we are done with that.

Now i got to ask this. How do you send me the Goldeneye objects to me thu?

I'll be creating another patch for GoldenEye: X shortly. Once I return home, I have to get a few files from 00action to test out, then send him an updated Facility BG and XDelta patch. When I have all of the textures necessary for Aztec in the ROM, I'll convert the level background and send it to you, along with your own patch. Depending on timing, you might end up with the second official GE:X patch. We'll have to see what happens in the next little while.

For the setup, did you use the conversion method supplied in the Editor? There's an option that allows you to load in the setup from GoldenEye, and it converts it into a setup and pad file for Perfect Dark. I'm guessing that is what you did, and now just need to update all the object and character ID's.

Ok then i gest im set ill wait for the objects for you to send to me.

And for the presets i did the GE to PD setup. And i delete all the objects asep the presets.

Ok i dont no if this is a problem or not but when i wus testing out Aztec in PD i notes that some of the piller have a perpile spot on them. Is thar a way to fix this?

Purple Spot on Pillars: This could be either a conversion error with the RGB values, or something strange with the texturing. I'll have to give it a good look when I import the textures into the ROM and create the new BG file.

ok i got a problem. when i put the wall Monitor in the the aztec level it turn into a invisable object how do i fix this?
