Action 0006 even without a chair makes a guard be seated, and sit up when he sees you. So I think you just need to position your guard in front of the chair properly (not inside it), and he will sit up when you get nearby. He usually kicks it too. Flags should just be same as Rares. If you put him inside the chair he won't be able to leave! So make sure he's placed properly!

It does look like chair positions aren't 100% accurate in editor or something so you may need to play a bit.

There's something special on guards and chairs, but I can't figure out what it is right now (unsupported in editor), so uh copy a guard and chair from an existing sitting position as of now from a PD level, then paste it into your own.


There appear to be special guard properties too, but not sure what.
