Bug in editor converting GE Solo levels to PD

Apparently it wasn't putting guards at right preset in the conversion process, and instead was accidentally putting them all at pad 0000. That's fixed in beta.

Also it appears start points need to be raised a little in order to spawn properly.

I don't know how much the Editor currently supports during the setup conversion process, but it'd be nice if it could keep the size, health, and other bitflags (updated to match, where necessary, of course) for the objects. When doing Cuba, I had to copy out all of the size values of the various plants and add them into the converted setup manually. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly would be frightening in Jungle.

Oh I should keep the size, good point. For the bitflags, are they identical GE <> PD for first two. I wasn't sure so I didn't do it.

I didn't realise these were bugs i just thought that the feature wasn't fully implemented yet, when i was converting trains setup there was a lot i had to do manualy so its great to know you updated this feature.
