Was the warp only used in Deep Sea? I think it can also warp you to different locations from the same point when playing different difficulties, but that's probably just other checks before the block. Very cool find.

I didn't even remember about PD's warps. cetan is certainly not my favourite level, although the entrance is pretty spectacular.

Excellent news!

There is only one problem with warps....

when the other player warps in to another player's space -
sometimes the first warped player dies (falls off the map)

Warps can be very useful for many level ideas and this gives one of ours weirdest one a more close step to being possible -

One thing that can be done to "test it"
Make a pacman maze for perfect dark
(the sims are the ghosts) combat simulation setup gives them colors
Fruits equal weapons
Guns equal the power pills
the dots to be eaten? ammo? 1 bullet count ammo boxes?

So you can telefrag people in PD? I never knew that.

hehe -
OK now that i think about it the death by teleporter is fun for multiplayer versus - turtle players are forced to move away faster.

Problem is when it happens in cooperative mode.

i heard fumbles complain about it when he was beating the level in perfect mode for the first time with someone else -

they had the rule that both players had to stay alive for the whole level or they did not have permission to continue...
at first they thought they where gettting killed by teleporting little skedars, but then the problem was that they both where jumping at the same time.


i wonder if the simulants can teleport - it might be possible if the perfect buddy does it in single player coop mode.

You can move the coop buddy too I assume, which is I imagine how deep sea works in coop. Id like to get multi setup -would be interesting warping around. I've never seen a telefrag do you have a pd youtube video of it?
