I am translating this page and once it's done, maybe I could hack PD soon if I have enough experience about hacking codes

I think we should all hack a code to play a solo level in multiplayer. on the page with Krijy's guide there are codes for Crash Site, Skedar Ruins, and Carrington Villa in multiplayer. we should all do an easy level like Attack Ship or something and find all the pads and stuff. what do ya think

It's incredibly complicated, lengthy, and stupidly hard to hack enablers to make perfect dark work right, BUT I'm game. Wreck is the only person left I can think of that understands Krijy's ingenius gibberish on how to change where the game loads the codes. I'm lost and have given up on the damned stubborn game but will give it another go if Wreck wants to lead. I would love to play Air Force One, Area 51, Attack Ship and Villa SOLO without ANY freezing problems. Eventually I was planning on screwing with it again but just hacking GoldenEye for now. Villa Solo plays fine for me. the elevators going up the roof are awesome.

anyway I sort of understand his guide but some of it doesn't make sense. if we're gonna do this, we should start off with chicago. pretty small and looks to be an awesome level. no point in trying to do a big level if it turns out to be too hard or we're just not up for it.

Chicago works fine on it's own with this enabler:

PERFECT DARK SKEDAR MOD

Gameshark Pro 3.30 ONLY!!

Enable code MUST BE ON
FF000220 0000

Change Skedar Into Another Level 1
81080358 00WW
8108035A 0XXX
8108035C 0YYY
81080360 0ZZZ

Replace the ww with the BG Data you want, the xxx with the Tiles you want, the yyy with the pads you want, and the zzz with the MP setup you want. For example:

81080358 000E
8108035A 0160
8108035C 015F
81080360 0118

Would change Skedar into Pelagic II and use's Skedar's MP set-up

The first three define the level you want to play in, and the fourth one defines where the ammo, weapons and start points are. For the fourth one there are four different values you can choose from (010B, 0118, 011B, 0212). If for instance you start nowhere, or you can't find any weapons or ammo, then you'll want to try a different value.

NTSC (American Gamshark code) =
81080358 00XX Bgdata
8108035A 0XXX Tiles
8108035C 0XXX Pads
81080360 0XXX Mp Setup

well yeah that works but all the weapons, respawns and all that are usually clumped up in one room of the level. that's why you have to find pads of a level so you can put weapons and ammo and respawns where you want
