This is specifically for beginners who want to learn the basics of texture dumping and adding texture mods to the WWF No Mercy, in this tutorial I am using Project 64 version 1.6 with Rice's Video Plugin debug 6.1.1 beta 10(for texture dumping and loading the textures). Hope this helps someone, I don't really do texture modding anymore, but wanted to put this up if someone is curious enough about it.
