need help with pj64 settings

ok so i have the 8mb memory size on because i no you need that and also have the mempaks on as well, but the GE x doesnt run smooth at all are there any other options i need to be turning on?

oh sorry this is on pj64 should i be using mupen??

Smooth gameplay really depends on your computer.


Those settings you spoke of are required for it to run.

the idea that I can think to do GrenadeLauncher in GE X-shape that resembles the original maximum would use the animation of the small drum that has the Magnum from Perfect Dark, GoldenEye remember that the grenade launcher barrel also has an animation and as has 2 Magnum Dark Perfec one can use to make the grenade launcher and the other for the Magnum pistol, but remember that I am not referring to the use of the slot, if not the use of animation magnum PD to achieve the desired effect.
I like the gun was as fast as it does in goldeneye.
MoonReaker laser should not be difficult I think.
about artifacts or gadets guess I should not be in multiplayer due to little use. if the PD convert at GE-X are not used these gadets, these slots should we use to access this to as many weapons as we can.

Try using the following...

Perfect Dark ROM PJ64 Settings
CPU core style: Recompiler
Self-modifying code Method: Protect Memory
Memory Size: 8 MB
Advanced Block Linking: Off
Default Save type: 16kbit Eeprom
Counter Factor: 2
Larger Compile Buffer: Checked
Register caching: Checked
SP Hack: Unchecked
Use TLB: Checked
Delay SI Interrupt: Unchecked
RSP Audio Signal: Unchecked


I generally use Mupen when playing, but it's mostly because I don't have to adjust the settings every time I need to test something out. PJ64 is still a great emulator, but a lot of people have switched to Mupen for online gaming.

I doubt this is an emulation issue. This sounds like a computer processing issue. I would recommend downloading "Gamebooster". It is an application that cancels out all unnecessary processes besides the emulator. You also have control of what you can cancel out. Its free and I suggest downloading it to fix this problem. If it still is laggy and not smooth than your computer simply can't handle the emulator. Hope the Gamebooster helps! I use it, its awesome.
