I have no clue what's going on. I pre-ordered a 64drive in August and here's the 15th of October with still no package in the mail. What the hell?!  When is he shipping these or has he already shipped? If so, where the hell is my package? This is absurd. I'm going to get Paypal to recover the funds from this guy if I don't get it real soon. |

I think PayPal gives you up to three months to put in a claim. I suggest waiting a little bit longer before doing so. He orders the pieces from other parts of the world and assembles them himself, as far as I know. He's gotten far more orders than he had imagined, which has made him fall behind. Still, if he doesn't contact you (e-mail him nicely), or you don't receive your device in the next little while (before your three months expires), put in your PayPal claim.

| You might want to send Marshall an email just to see how far back you are in the queue, etc. If you write it nicely I'd hope he'd respond. I know I've heard of many people getting it already, so they are being shipped, slowly though I guess. |
