well lets see. i am in search of some programs to make my hacking life much easier. i have read things on how to read hex, binary, and other forms... i figure if i dont do good in this, i will atleast get an improved computer mark. anyways, i am hoping to help anyone with creating new levels (or making them enabled) in goldeneye multi. that seems to be big right now. who is working on the surface? thats what i want to help with...

well... do you really need v3.2 for gameshark ports to work? is it not possible to use v3.3? probably a dumb question... and... is anyone working on finding stuff in Zelda: Majoras Mask?

Thats it...

I have dealt with Hex before, go get a freeware Hex Editor. It can crack open apps to read both the ASII text and the Hex. Why Both? Simply Because you can read ASCII, but there are many things in hex that do not translate to ASCII. And um, im pretty sure you can go with the highest version on anything.

You can find proper 3.3's, but they're less trustworthy than 3.2's.
If you've got a choice, take the 3.2 and upgrade it later.

Hehe, I've almost always used Code Generator and Memory Editor.
Only other program I use to hack is Hex Editor, but that's top-secret... Wink

MM? I'm not much of a hacker, but with the little bit I know, I my put it into hacking other N64 games. I just don't know how big a following another game would have. Hell, I'm suprised Goldeneye still has this many people actively hacking and playing it...
