I wanted to do a dramatic post with the photo and so little text, so I need to clarify.
Naming it the Franken64 is a great idea since I used the power supply for another N64 to replace mine. So it's like a N64 made from 2 consoles, hehe.
I bought this new N64 in a second hand store with a new controller (the stick is almost perfect!) for 22€. There were some cartridges too but not of games I was interested in.
The only thing I miss in my collection are Excitebike 64, The New Tetris and maybe the Goemon games. |

I was fortunate enough to purchase a backup N64 today for a good deal. It's complete with the cords, atomic purple controller (with a pretty tight stick), and also an expansion pak. I wanted it mostly to compare GEX and GE007 directly, mainly for sounds and weapon firing rates. It's also nice having one waiting in the wings, in case my original console bites the dust. _________________
