If you happen to be using PJ64 1.6 without it installed, such as via a USB memory stick etc. then you can't apply PJ64's 1.6.1 patch.
So, instead, here's the three plugins that are updated in a convenient zip file. As far as I can tell, nothing else was changed in the patch--even the RDB and pif2 which updates are available for.
