hmmmmmm honestly I'm a DIE HARD bond film fanatic and I thought Skyfall FINALLY gave us a Bond film worthy of the classics. Quantum of Solace I thought was a jittery piece of crap thrown together. STEADICAM PEOPLE!!!! Like Bourne Supremacy they just sloppily allowed for too many camera shots zoomed in so close that the cinematography was SHAMEFUL. Sad Casino Royale was a masterpiece by director Martin Campbell who is directly responsible for GoldenEye's success as he DIRECTED it Wink. Well no worries because the director of Skyfall said he won't be returning to do another Bond film. Geez. Such shallow mindedness on new stuff guys. What are you going to do if they pick Idra Ilbis from Britain to play a BLACK bond. There may be suicides folks. Wink

Well, I finally watched Skyfall.
Let's say it was quite allright.much better than the two previous ones. A lot of references to previous films. Some parts of it felt like a classic bond film, sadly, the last impression you have is that the film misses something, and that it's a bit too empty to be a bondfilm. There are some very unusual aspects in it.. But aside from that, it was a good film, but still misses the things the other great bondfilms did have.
At least, they learned from their mistake(qos)and are starting to find the right track again Smile
