 |
|
GOLDENEYE LEGEND is a complete conversion of all campaign levels in Solo Player to Multiplayer. Part ONE contains levels Dam-Archives. Part TWO contains levels Streets-Egyptian. All levels that actually have a visible sky and / or fog have been color coded with different options for your personal preferences. Please feel free to use them in whatever combination you find to your liking. Included is also a PLAY READY version of Project64 1.6 with the best GLIDE64 plugin currently available. Use this application to get the most out of levels like Frigate. I would suggest switching back to JABO'S for everything else. A water hack is also included that will code a fairly decent ocean for players that cannot get GLIDE to function. The music selector file will allow you to change the DEFAULT music to your liking as well. ALL LEVELS play the default multiplayer setup used to convert their SOLO setups. ALL SOLO-MULTI setups are included if you'd like to modify weapon placements, etc. Hope this mod becomes a LEGEND for all fans and players around the world and may GoldenEye live FOREVER and stay a LEGEND !
Special thanks to Subdrag for his EDITOR and tutorials!

Can't wait to try this out, been wanting to play many of the solo maps for some time now Best of luck on this project, it will be simply amazing to play all solo levels in multi. You are making what we all wanted.
I do not use PJ 64, but Mupen instead and I realized you need Glide Napalm in order to see the skies and water. It works great, except for the Frigate level. For some reason, the water appears to be a toxic green colour other than that, it is a great plug in.
Sorry I do not know how to show a pic, so I will post the link of what Frigate looks like for me with Glide Napalm on Mupen64.

I can't remember if MUPEN has cheat ability but I included a SKY and WATER code you can use to modify the water to BLUE. It's called DIRTY BLUE OCEAN (something like that) . Try that out. It's not rendered like GLIDE can render a perfectly smooth water front HOWEVER it does make the background pleasant to play in verses NEON green toxins in the water lol _________________

I played the first part of Ge-Legends (still have not found the second to download) and I liked it, especially the speed and stability that are included most of the objects and boxes missions (some of they can be picked up and are useless in multi).
I found interesting things: Facility-level glass dish doors of laboratories reflect a red sky Complex level, perhaps even so and being a failure as has been like glass, nothing happens at this level is when you destroy any barrel or gas tank will die suffocated by gas and emulation below are blocked. I remember that level, but there is a safe containing planes used in the mission and whether recojes to crash the game. if you blow up the rockets and grenades as ammunition before pick them up would create a loop where temrinan not exploit which prevents re-pick them up. Multiplayer-X good job. |

Thank you. As for being able to pick up stuff, etc. BLAME RARE for that because I didn't modify anything in the setups lol. PART TWO should be done in a few weeks. My wifey and I are INSANELY busy trying to get crap ready to move plus remodelling a few more things. Grrrrrr I'm determined to finish it though. STREETS is almost done just need weapon placements and I'd like to start DEPOT tonight.
Yea if you blow up weapon placements in NORMAL game I think it does that too. The RED sky reflecting in Complex is simply a glitch in the levels geometry. SILO can be terrible with slipping behind a wall, etc OR SO I'VE HEARD. This is why I INCLUDED the setups folder for anyone that is that OCD over certain things and has time to spend countless HOURS messing with numbers etc to fix glitches. PERFECT DARK is just a more well made game and it's no wonder because they made enough money off GoldenEye to do what they wanted and with less glitchiness. You have to draw the line somewhere. EVERY game has glitches in them in one way or another. Glad you like the mod Multi _________________

I really do not consider it a problem with crystals Facility red reflex, I turned fantastic and fun to see the crystal color, although if as you say if it's a technical problem. if you can not correjir the gas problem in Facility and I mean to solve the crash problem when these died of suffocation, not otherwise would see this as a problem.
I think you're a person who loves challenge and squeeze the maximum limits which already has a rom "Multiplayer-X". You've demonstrated teleports work for Deep Sea (which seemed impossible) and also with GE-Legends. plantearte think new challenges? GE not only speak and PD, if not also of any other N64 rom, I say this because with your work we can see what we always wanted and finally was not in a video game when you buy it. |

awesome!!! Well I will say this, you HAVE to start wth a fresh ROM and only use ONE patch for that ROM. The dump thing is strange I'd PM Sub to check it out should be okay though May be you have to readd your ROM in Mupen with checksums, etc MultiX
BTW: I'd use the FOG mod so you can see better in the level bro let me know if you can get part 2 going! Sub can probably fix it OH I FORGOT!!! The file was updated on so click my link image below for the FIX!! I think Sub's upload to vault might have had a glitch in it BUT it's fixed now too I THINK? _________________
