Hello everybody Smile
Just took a look at all what Nintendo presented us on the E3.
Well, I have to say it all looks incredibly astounding..
I'll comment on a few items:

-Zelda: Wind waker HD.
This game for gamecube was art. This game for Wii U will bring us that same art, now in extremely sharp HD. Graphics are just lovely.

-Super smash bros Wii U/3DS:
featuring new characters-I won't spoil!-as always, this just looks like a major improvement speaking of graphics. Gameplay resembles Wii-version a lot.
Still an exciting trailer.

-Mario kart 8:
man, how great was 7, how greater looks 8. I can tell you certain elements from MK7 and MK wii make a return, and it looks like there's a new feature (little spoiler?) which looks like playing with gravity(look at trailer and you'll see-and be amazed)

-Now, one of my favourite series continued:
Pokemon X/Y
A new type(which I won't spoil here), like expected. New region, based on France. New things you can do to make the relation between you and your poke stronger-and a new 3d battling system, of course. Looks fine, but it 'll take me some time to get used to it Laughing

-Super mario 3d world:
yeah, you'll know already this resembles super mario 3d land a lot. What's new in world: new playable characters, and a new power-up. A quite strange power-up, makes me almost laugh actually. Watch trailer and you'll see what I mean Very Happy

That's absolutely not everything.
That were a few of the items that made me the most excited Laughing

Anyone else watched these/other trailers(from nintendo)? Anyone wanting to give his opinion on this goodness they are presenting us? You can tell it right here Smile
Be careful for spoiling things...I tried to keep things a bit unspoilt,I hope I succeeded....
Anyway, thanks for reading Smile

It's nice that Nintendo actually has exclusive games and in-game footage of them, instead of mostly prerendered stuff like MS and Sony. Hopefully the Wii U starts to take off after this, it's in a dangerous position now, not next-gen enough to really compete with the other two graphically, but too expensive to compete with the old consoles. They were in this position before with the original Wii, but there they had the advantage of tons of hype about it - not so this time. I hope things work out for Nintendo because they're the only console developers with a large number of exclusives anymore. Xbone and PS4 might as well be marketed as budget PCs in my eyes.

-edit-

Also, the LTTP-inspired Zelda for the 3DS was really impressive looking. I'm glad it's not just a remake, but I instantly recognized everything in that trailer and I hope they include the original game running in that engine as an unlockable bonus or even DLC. I don't want it to just be a remake, but, at the same time, it deserves a remake on that engine. What they did redo looks perfect!

I came, I saw, I was amazed.
I was still disappointed about the new game that Retro is making, I thought they'd be working on something else.Don't think that I dislike it, since I have the previous installment of that game and I love it. It's just..you know...they could have developed on another Nintendo IP such as, oh I don't know...F ZERO MAYBE?!

Also I'm pretty excited for like most of the games shown.

I agree WiiU is in a bad situation and I have to admit I'm a bit dissapointed with Nintendo because I think they haven't shown anything big to revert this situation. Of course they showed amazing games (I specially liked Mario Kart 8 and the Monolith game), but they are scheduled for 2014 and I'm afraid that's too late with the PS4 and the XBOX on the market.

My thoughts on the games:
-Super Mario 3D World: I was expecting a new 64/Sunshine/Galaxy. This would be fine as a secondary Super Mario but I think it's not what the WiiU needs.
-Donkey Kong Country Tropical Breeze: I was expecting Retro to be working on something else. This seems rushed to be ready for 2013. Even if it's a really good game it looks very similar to the Wii version. BTW, David Wise will be doing the music for this one.
-Zelda Windwaker HD: When it first appeared months ago I was hoping they would finish the game (the GC game and Mario Sunshine were released sooner than expected because GC wasn't selling well). But I seriously doubt it now. The game needs two or three new [challenging] dungeons. It's odd, since some shots seems to be cel shaded and others don't. Confused
-Mario Kart 8: This really impressed me. The new antigravity thing adds a lot to the track design. It seems they are merging all previous Mario Karts into one, although I don't think the double teams will be back, hehe.
-Super Smash BROS: still very early in development but Megaman is there! He should have been available in Brawl but glad to see him joining the battle. Also Villager from Animal Crossing and Female Trainer from Wii Fit (lol, a bigger wtf than Mr. Game and Watch or ROB) will be playable. Sakurai said there won't be any more third party additions.
-Monolith's X Project: This is by far the most amazing thing Nintendo has in development. Huge world, absolute freedom, epic battles...
-Bayoneta 2: I have never played the first one but it seems to be one of the best games of its genre, so a sequel is very welcomed.

So I think the big games are gone to 2014 and what's left for 2013 feels like filler. They will be good games but Nintendo is not being ambitious at all. I'm afraid in 2014 all the attention will focus on PS4 and XBO and it will be too late for WiiU.

I can't believe there's no sight of F-Zero on WiiU. It's the perfect game to show of the console!

Wow, Microsoft let loose with both barrels in the foot. Medic!
I like the part when the support cycle ends and you're left with either a forced-upgrade or a brick.

Somebody at Assembler was kind enough to post this:

It's Nintendo's official press site - they're not very secure. Razz You can grab collections of high quality screenshots and other press releases there.
