Who is the las option in Video Option in the game ?
Only appears (Already marked) if you conclude the last level on any difficulty, if you reset or turn off the system, she disappears again.
The last option is "Alternative Title Screen"
but changes nothing in game

"Alternative Title Screen" changes the idle screen during the intro from the cutscene of the first level to styled scrolling text that says "Perfect Dark" if I remember correctly.

Yes he's right. Alternate tittle screen is when the nintendo logo Rare logo and Perfect Dark logo Are done. After that intro. Then comes the song Alien Conflict playing music with a nice background similar to the end credits.

I have beated this game on the A,SA,PA, co-op, the 30 challenges( 4 players),all firing range on gold and I arrived at the last level of the combat simulator, Perfect: 1(damn the memory card deleted my save, actually, Near Perfect:2) But nothing changed on the intro
