I just noticed there was a record feature on Mupen. I pressed F8 to record. Saved as, Test.rec. I assume you need to go to capture rec/avi. I do so wait for my video to stop and when I check, I hear the game with like a static sound but nothing seen on screen. I tried most of the setting to uncompressed but no luck. Anyone know How to rip it out? |

it records the state of the ROM and button presses, then afterwards you do a playback-encode to video thing that encodes this stuff into video--
it is a great feature that only has the horrible detail that the sound output has this weird noise added, otherwise , any game-play session that you had , video-wise will be captured accurately
not made for live streaming tho, very helpful for capturing game-play or for doing tool assisted gameplays @ 60 frames per second with the best video quality possible |
