If this is ture then any rarware game will not be able to be downloaded.
Unless actvision gets it S***t togther and pulls the bond licensce through before the wii is out then games like TWINE and Goldeneye can be played.. but untill then we still have emulation.

HONK! Sorry, but thanks for playing.
Even if Activision pulls the Bond license, they and Nintendo do not own full rights to Rare's code. Some deal would need to be worked out with the license and Rare in order to offically release it.
That said, concidering it would be the 10th aniversary of the game they may try to do a re-release in conjunction with some sort of movie promotion. Don't hold your breath though. It is vastly more likely someone will hack the network and distribute the game direct. |

yeah!  I hope they get Goldeneye on Wii! I love Goldeneye and it is good if it is on Wii because my other Goldeneye is'nt working.
