| This only happens if 1964 fails to detect RSP.dll. I don't know why this is happening for you, perhaps your virus software is detecting it as suspicious and blocking access to it. Sorry I can't help any more |

If you right-click a plugin file and open Properties, does it say at the bottom, "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer."? If so, there should be an "Unblock" button next to it. This happens to me whenever I download a new program in a .zip archive.

| Something you might do since RSP is required for what is a customized version of 1964 for 2 games is remove the option to enable/disable it, as it serves no purpose when 1964 is controlling whether it is enabled or not. Being set on launch of the ROM, the stored setting can be removed as well because of this automatic behavior. In order to remove the potential issue of the DLL being flagged or whatever as well, it could be statically linked to 1964, eliminating the need for the DLL entirely. |

You can also try unblocking the zip archive or whatever you installed it with, then extracting the contents. But I doubt there's a point in trying that if there aren't other files blocked, like the exe itself.
