The Man With The Balaclava.
Seriously, I don't know why they didn't include the Terrorist somewhere. They would have been wonderful in the Frigate. Maybe they were a late addition, created during multiplayer testing. Multi was the biggest reason for delay. All I can say is, thank God they delayed it.
