Is anyone working on a native Windows port of Perfect Dark, as was done with Super Mario 64 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time, when those games had their de-compilations published?

I would love to see a Windows build of Perfect Dark. All the more so since it could introduce this amazing game to many non-N64 gamers.

Happy New Year!

Graslu00 did a Last 2022 Livestream yesterday showcasing the High Performance Perfect Dark project and posted a link to a patch in the description.

Unluckily I'm unable to succesfully patch a rom. I first tried with the base rom I've been using for my projects since day 1 and it didn't wok. Then I tried several others but I don't know what I'm doing wrong (Perhaps the patch was done from the wrong vanilla rom?).

Here is the info of the roms I tried. The first three repeat since I thought maybe they were slightly different.
Code:
[E03B088B6AC9E0080440EFED07C1E40F]
Good Name=Perfect Dark (V1.1) (U) [!].v64
Header Code=41F2B98F-B458B466-C45

[E03B088B6AC9E0080440EFED07C1E40F]
Good Name=Perfect Dark (U) (V1.1) [!].z64
Header Code=41F2B98F-B458B466-C45

[E03B088B6AC9E0080440EFED07C1E40F]
Good Name=Perfect Dark (USA) (Rev 1).z64
Header Code=41F2B98F-B458B466-C45

[7F4171B0C8D17815BE37913F535E4E93]
Good Name=Perfect Dark (U) (V1.0) [!].z64
Header Code=DDF460CC-3CA634C0-C45

[D9B5CD305D228424891CE38E71BC9213]
Good Name=Perfect Dark (E) (M5) [!].z64

Any help? What rom should I look for?

My first guess is to try byte-swopping your 1.1 ROM.

Still no luck with it after byteswopping the first 1.1 ROM with the GES Editor tools. Info looks like this:

Code:
[F267577A1FAECA4C07F1BB188452CA80]
Good Name=Perfect Dark (V1.1) (U) [!] - byteflip.v64
Header Code=F2418FB9-58B466B4-C01

Prior to my previous message I checked that all my ROMs weren't byteswapped because that's what is said in the decomp github:
Quote:
Extracting the base ROM

1. Save your existing ROM file into the root of the repository with the name pd.ntsc-final.z64. It should not be byteswapped (the first four bytes should be 0x80371240).

Has anyone tried Graslu00's patch?

I can't get it to work on either of my 1.1s, either. They said they used 1.1, but also that a new patch out to be made anyway since there are many bugs fixed already.

Edit: Looks like you need to use an XDelta EXE directly. I got it to work with one of the dozen EXEs l have from other assorted patches through the years.

I would like to see 4 player coop,
the ability to "detach" the aim and give players the ability to aim like with a lightgun, or VR pointer (basicall 3 axis or 6 axis controls - 2 analogues and wiimote/VR wand type aiming)
and to add the ability to jump
