Smash Remix, the amazingly comprehensive fan-made modification of Super Smash Bros., has been updated again.

It now has twenty-nine different characters (the original has twelve). My favourite is Conker the Squirrel, from the N64 classic Conker's Bad Fur Day:

who was added a while back. Smash Remix now has more than eighty stages (levels), many new gameplay options, new mods, and of course it includes everything that was already in Super Smash Bros.

It really is amazing how professional this mod is.

That's awesome for them to progress this far.

I imagine the sheer popularity of Smash and Nintendo properties helps out in that regard.

I'll need to update it on N64 Vault again. Thanks for letting us know.

Wreck, the N64 Vault is a great archive, but would it be possible in future to add the date of the new entries, please? On the home page, where it lists the new patches on the right hand side of the screen, it would be handy if the date of each patch's appearance on the N64 Vault were shown, so we can tell if we've already seen (and so downloaded) each new patch.

The site is under going a redesign so I doubt anything will be done to the site until the new one goes active.

I saw the release! Haven't they made fantastic progress and exceptional development on the game! It's become the sort of thing that childhood dreams are made out of!

Now all I need is some friends to play it against...
