Hi guys, do you know if there is a way to have the vanilla rom of super smash bros with all the characters and levels unlocked, without using saves?

I have a PicoCart64 and I always have to flash the cartridge to a new one, which deletes the current save, so I always want to have a rom at hand that allows me to enjoy it without any problem.

I would appreciate it if you could help me.

Two fairly easy ways to patch that in.
Either...
1) Set or force reads from 800A4937 to 800A493A (USA) to return 0xFF. That's where it pulls prizes and unlocked characters...probably...
2) or simply embed a save you like after the ROM and repoint the EPI pointer for SRAM to the new address. Won't save new data but will read whatever you provided. Might need to double-check if they test writability, but HAL's usually lazy on that front. Unless cart space is writable on that flashcart? Don't know a wink about that particular one.

#2's pretty versatile, could spit out patches for that pretty quick. They might even work. Would need to know hardware requirements though, like the highest available address you have to work with. Oh, and a save file. Never played it, don't have a save lying around.

The Editor can already do this, under Game Configuration. Unlock all Levels and Characters.
