For me, yes, I would buy this. I wonder though what the Bungie guys are doing about the possiblity of there being keyboard/mouse players against joystick players. Not a fair shake at all. The accuracy of keyboard/mouse is far superior to aiming with a joystick. I dunno I think I talked myself out of buying this adapter. I guess that depends on how much I'm losing.

That's cool, usb keyboards already works for the Xbox 360 in games such as Final Fantasy...however that adapter would make both the keyboard and mouse work...wonder if they will be applied in games...with windows vista coming out soon and the multiplatform games that will come out on pc and xbox 360 will be able to play online together...therefore it would be reasonable to balance out the controller vs. keyb.+mouse issues it would cause, especially in FPS games. I wonder how that is going to work?

Well, if you hear anything from Bungie about how they plan on keeping a balanced playing field in Halo3, let me know. Level gameplay is key online, otherwise it becomes a joke. If the keyboard mouse players are on an equal footing at a controller, the keyboard players will win out. It's just not comparable and really the perfect solution is not having matchmaking mixing both keyboard and controllers players in the same game. I don't like the thought of that becase I hate losing at the best of times.
