Just ignore them and do your normal posting.
if they reply on your thread, just act as if nothing happened:
Look for the next legitimate post, reply to it, and fight the urge to tell anything to the troll.
This way, when these guys are banned, their activity can be just purged out without harm.

earlier this year, the forums were really active, with all kinds of interesting stuff going on. Then kevin arrived, drew all attention to himself and look at the state of the community now. Even after he was removed this is quite dead.

Don't let it happen again, please.

Just ignore them, no matter what they say or do. Just be patient and wait for moderation.

If you really need to comment on something a troll says on the "normal" forums, start a thread about it here, or better yet. let's create a special purpose thread (could be this one) to comment on all troll activity.

Let's say one of them trolls one of the threads in, say, Q-LAB.
Copy the link of the POST, and comment it here instead of allowing them to turn the legitimate thread into their playground.

Good luck Radorn. Since my return, I've gotten some positive remarks from people here. Of course those could be faked, but still I don't think a whole lot of people are going to ignore me if I show them the good side.

Fun fact: Radorn trolled me a few times before I was banned. I still have the screenshots.

You once editted one of my posts and we joked about it in colored comments and that was all my interaction with you before you got banned.

When I flame people, I tend to flame them in private. No witnesses you know. But if someone calls me out on the forum, I show up.
