It would certainly be fairly easy to do via emulation, since you could make a ROM patch that replaces a stage select icon, like Random, with a custom one for The Quad. However, doing it on console would require you to upload a binary from your computer to your cheating device. SubDrag, I believe, got it working for Zoinkity's Citadel multiplayer. The new image replaced the Depot stage select icon, making it that much cooler. I don't think that The Quad is worth the effort it would take for console. Perhaps for emulation, though.

Thanks for the compliments, I'm glad you enjoy the map. I had made that stage select icon for GoldenEye Forever, so that it would stand alone with an interesting picture. I might just mess around with this abit and make a ROM patch. We'll see...

i really, really want to write my own cartridge with The Quad and it's level select picture. i know the picture requires an uploaded binary and that is probably hard to do but would it be possible to upload a permanent binary picture? if i can't write my own cartridge with Citadel i would atleast like to write it with The Quad. would you be willing to help me out?

You need to get yourself a Doctor V64 or Doctor V64 Jr or similar.
