Doubt it, only oddity with it is that he wrote "Nintendo 64" on the cart, like you wouldn't know otherwise. 
It's probably just a cart that lost its label, he listed a similar X-men SNES cart:
X-Men Mutant Apocalypse (Snes 1994)
Same handwriting. |

I messaged him on ebay and he said he bought it as a mystery item, took it home and found it to be goldeneye so he wrote it on the cartridge. |
