Run the level again and take a look at the emulator's framerate as it's loading, is it abysmally low (Under 30FPS) or at a full 60FPS. If it's at 60 you've got a problem, the level crashed, if it's a low number though you probably changed enough things that PJ64 doesn't detect it as a Goldeneye ROM anymore. Right click on your ROM in the ROM list and make the following changes to the game settings:

that level is HARD played it for the first time today kept getting seen by cameras but besides that it is an excellent level i really enjoyed it even if i cant complete it yet
