Original Xbox or 360? If 360, grab one of the plugins that supports Xinput. Those will automatically assign controllers properly, only problem is, none of them seem perfect. NRage is a popular plugin but its support for the C buttons on an analog stick absolutely sucks compared to other plugins. The only other Xinput plugin I've found doesn't allow controls to be remapped, so the sticks are the oppose of what I use for GoldenEye. (It's a shame because its C buttons mapped to a stick feel almost as good as true dual analog.) |

tried 1964 ultrafast and I am very satisfied with the overclocked results. no more frame drops on goldeneye!!!
BUT the multiplayer does flicker as hell and is unplayable. tried all the different video settings, but cannot seem to find the right one.
what the hell do I have to switch on/off to avoid that flickering in multiplayer?
I am using all the default 1964 ultrafast plugins. |
