and a computer.

I'm definately sure it is in the FAQ on the site of the same name, but if you have ever played the game on Perfect Agent, the guy who is suppose to unlock doctor carrols files will open the door with those guns if you let him run and hide in there.

I don't recall a computer, you probably saw into the next room, there are a few cool secrets with the first level.

When the programmer first attempts to run away from you, follow him. Don't get too close, otherwise he'll stop dead in his tracks. He'll travel to the end of the hallway, open up the locked door, and hide inside. There's a Laptop Gun and two Falcons. I believe those are only ammunition, not the real weapons. The Laptop Gun comes in handy downstairs after you've used the elevator to reach the ground floor. You can either use it to snipe your enemies, or deploy it as a sentry gun to take them out automatically, while you stay covered.
