Dang N-bomb and Grenade. I'm having trouble with the Molotov Cocktail.

Changing the N-Bomb's player image will disable the bombing use of the weapon. So that's useless.

So the Molotov Cocktail is in defective experiments right now.

I have no idea what the proximity mine's outcome would be, but go ahead. You can edit it. Your ideas are great if you ask me. The M-Pod does look more suited for a mine.

darn! there must be somthing im doing wrong here with the maian proximity mine. i had made it to replace the dragon (which has the proximity self destruct function) and when i tested the code i could not see the weapon in front of my characters eyes. i paused it and in the inventory i saw that it the image was there but it was tiny. do i need a size mod code or somthing?

Yeah, you need a size mod of the Sensitive Information (Or Dragon? Not sure).

It's in Krijy's file, just scroll around and you'll find it. Sorry for being lazy, I'm busy with homework and stuff from school. Still, if you need anymore help, just post here and I'll do as best as I can.

umm, i dont think i was able to find krijy's size mod; that level modding FAQ is HUUUUGE.

Modifying objects

When you modify an object using the following codes, you modify all instances
of that object in the game. Wherever it appears in the game it will have been
changed. To give an example, if you were to change the metal crate image into a
UFO, you would get UFO's in Complex and Ravine (which both have metal crates).
These codes only allow you to change an objects image and size. The object
image is modified using the object image values on the global object list.

Below you will see two lists of codes, one for PAL and one for NTSC. This list
is taken from NTSC 8007B070 and PAL 8007B540, and builds up the in-game object
list (see the resources section). You will find codes that modify an objects
image next to that object, and it's image value from the global object list. To
make an object modification simply find the object you want to change, and the
object you want to change it to. Use the code from the object you want to
change, and the image value of the object you want to change it to (try not to
mix the PAL and NTSC lists up, they look identical). Here's an example:

Change Shield into BETA Body Armour:

To modify an objects size, simply add 2 to the image modifier address. Most
objects have either 0199 or 1000 as their object size.

Make Shield (or the object it has been turned into) Bigger:

It is also possible to "delete" an object. To delete an object you set it's
image to one that has no collision detection (0100 - Tv Screen), and set it's
size to 0001. You can't see it or touch it, but it's still there. Here's an
example:

This code was used in the Pelagic II in Villa code. It "deletes" most instances
of the metal crates, but where they are put on pads that resize the object you
will see white rectangles.

Not all objects can be changed. Some object modifications simply freeze the
game for no apparent reason. Most codes work though, it's only the odd ones out
that don't like to work. Also, some codes like to work on a PC but not in a
cheating device, or vice-versa.

A few object image values can't be found in the object image lists below. These
are BETA ones like the GoldenEye logo:

i was really hoping that this weapon would turn out perfect, but i guess i just wasted my time. the inside view code of the image just made it freeze although the outside view image still worked but only when it was deployed as a proximity mine. i got the size of the outside view just right. the clip size couln't be changed either, so that sucks. i just think this whole idea sucks.

i do have iwo more ideas however, the first idea is a combat knife disguised as a laser beam 8107B6A8 023E so it is like a sith lightsaber from star wars. my second idea is a dismounted drone gun. in other words a drone gun that you actually carry around instead of it being attached to a wall or ceiling. i think those ideas rock.

Here's the laser beam, it replaces Combat Knifes. Just use the FAQ I posted on page 2 and you'll know how to make weapons!

You can change the sentry modes. I already had this idea once too, tried to make the deep sea gun. It's a weapon code still processed by me.


PS: Do not use SquareGuru's object value codes, since it does not have accurate information and he speaks tons of annoying chat language when he doesn't know what a Laser is (He calls it a "Skedar Beta Weapon"). I recommend you should really depend more on Krijy's FAQ.

about the molotov-coctail... i think it's easy to change the grenade's or timed mines look to the bottle.... but it would be more nicer to change the explosion-time that the grenades explosion would be instant (like the real ones), not like sloooowww fire that grows slooowly bigger... just don't know if it could be edited...

First Function operates like a normal laser fire with normal pistol force. It also creates dizziness.
Second Function is short stream laser. And since it's such a careful function, it has threat detector and it causes blurriness.



Aaah! It makes me dizzy!

Maybe I could do levels and such. But I still need some support from others. I'll see what I can do, anyone volunteer and that would be great.
