I have some news to bring out. By taking advantage of some activators input inside a weapon code can have the potential of actually manipulate the laws of physics (Very simple laws of physics too) in the game. I can make a weapon change the "gravity" of the game, Sim's behavior, your walking physics, couple of stuff in mind.
So I'm saying that, I found a way to make the weapons change the battlefield!
Though I especially need InsomniaDMX's help, since he knows the right activators that makes a subsection for a specific weapon using the PD physics manipulator function. _________________ The Astral Bolt sends a colorful invitation for you to respawn again... |

My personal favorite hacked shotgun, made by me and Nia. We worked on it together. You can fire fast in the secondary function by utilizing the reloading and shooting. The FS10 is a electromagnetically-delivered flechette gun, developed by F-EN of Belgium, the same makers of the RCP90. The stock and a few other trademarks are akin to that of the RCP -- however, this is a railgun. A special guide rides the rails and delivers the lead flechettes. The guide is not discarded: rather, it travels back down the barrel and loads itself with a new flechette. Flechettes are used instead of bullets in order to keep projectiles lighter, so that less heat needs be generated for the same acceleration on the same rails. Not only are they are lighter but they are more compact than normal cartridges, one with the proper bulk training can carry a small chest of two thousand. The gun can hold 36 flechettes in its magazine at once. The flechettes can even be reused. Despite all of this, the most amazing component in the FS10 is the power source. A rechargable 9 volt battery under the barrel supplies a steady current of 20 amps to the capacitor bank for up to 2 minutes.* This is enough to sustain fully-automatic fire. After that 2 minute period, the gun's battery is set to sustain an output of one-tenth of it's power: 9 volts and 2 amps. This allows semi-automatic fire for an additional 10 minutes. After that, the gun's battery is effectively dead. The only way to recharge the battery is by picking up a new gun, or... by wearing a shield module. An insignificant amount of power (for its operation) will be taken straight from the shield, resetting the battery's "remaining time."
The gun is selective fire, but one must beware. After the battery looses its ability to sustain automatic fire, the gun will not fire at all if in the automatic setting. Thus, one must be ready to switch to the semi-auto setting on the fly. There is no gauge for the battery's remaining usefulness (except a memory viewer), so one must use one's best judgment.
*The time that I'm checking is in the unit of the frame, not the second or minute. Everything is assumed you're running the game at 60 frames per second.
