Your best bet is to just use emulators, and look at the RAM of both in a hex editor, compare locations based on similarity, and find the ported code.

RAM is the same (more or less) with emulators and console.

Wreck is very good at converting codes correctly, I gotta ask him how he does it.

Actually, the "Deep Mist" code that I converted to PAL was done by looking through a PJ64 savestate with Hex Edit. Basically, I just rehacked it for the European version of the game. The value for straight conversion is in a GoldenEye Hacking thread, but I haven't much played with that. Converting isn't a great deal of fun. We're just so used of people using the NTSC ROM, that it didn't really occur to us that there were PAL console gamers still interested in trying out the new maps.
