Well I found these two glitches out myself and are still trying to find more...
Easy steal a car.
Jump on the hood of the car and press what ever you steal a car with.
Walk underwater
(Not fully working)
Jump off a bridge and land right on the shore line or in the water where you can walk and run foward. Thats how I got it to work.

I only played the demo for this game but apparently, if your in a car and you go close to an invisible wall, you get out of your car by pressing Y and you should be on the other side of the wall and explore the whole city without purchasing the game.
