| As I know almost everyone have a PC, if you open or click a file and it found out there is a problem ,it closes automaticaly and it tells you if you want to send the problem to microsoft or not. If you send, how many hours we must wait until the problem must be fixed? |

it just sends the error data to them in hopes they can figure out what happened so the next service pack (they are stopping with XP very soon) or patch will fix it
Although i never send them because it is usually an error on my end, and they probly never open it anyways |
