Why is it that with this day and age, we mostly have high power PC's with brilliant graphic/sound cards, yet many of us have problems emulating games - especially GoldenEye? What makes it more confusing is the fact that the N64 isn't that powerful compared to a high spec PC. What is going on?! |

It takes a lot more system resource to (properly) emulate a console than the console took originally. |

the n64 cpu ran on different instructions, so an emulator intercepts these instructions translates them then sends them to the plugins |
