Did you redo the game settings? Right click on your ROM in the ROM list and chose Edit Game Settings.

Goldeneye's default settings:

CPU Style: Recompiler
Self-modifying code Method: Change Memory & Cache
Memory Size: 4MB
Advanced Block Linking: Off
Default Save type: Use First Used Saved Type
Counter Factor: 2

Larger Compile Buffer
Register caching
SP Hack
Use TLB

Yea..for my depot mission I planned to have 1 part where you walk into a room and it cuts to a camera showing a satliete dish blow up. Now i have to delete it all just to test the mission.

Scorpion, your Bunker mission ran well in PJ64 for me.

Have you refreshed the ROM list? It works fine for me. Anyway, you can also set those by clicking on Options -> Settings -> ROM Settings while the game is running.

That's one annoying thing about testing ROMs in PJ64. You constantly have to update the game settings in order for it to play decently. It's fine once the mod is complete, since you only have to do it the one time, but for every little tweak you make to an in-progress level, you have to do it all over again. It'd be nice if you could set the defaults to match somehow.

The settings are stored in Project64.rdb but there doesn't appear to be any way to modify the default settings (other than the ones you can edit through the settings menu), those are probably coded into the emulator. I've got almost as many GOLDENEYE's in here as there are other N64 games...if only this just used settings based on the internal name alone.
