So, most of the trick involves just getting guards to open certain doors for you... I'm surprised they didn't set the flag on them that prevents the AI from doing so.
Also, did a background check on the setup files themselves to confirm the number of doors, properties on certain objects, etc, and it seems everything checks out. It's a genuine glitch all right - no obvious hacking involved. Nothing personal, just confirming it.
